Tamron Hall Show executive producer Candi Carter has left the show over allegations the host is fostering a toxic work environment vortex, DailyMail.com can reveal.
“Candi was so done with Tamron that she asked ABC to remove her from the show,” ABC insiders told DailyMail.com. “The environment Tamron has created on his show is toxic. It literally bleeds the staff.
They say Carter is leaving the show, now in its third season, but is staying at ABC. He is the second producer to leave the Tamron show after legendary producer Bill Geddie, who created The View, was kicked out last year.
“Tamron didn’t like that Candi tried to steer the ship and had ideas that clashed with her own, because Tamron thinks the only opinion that matters is her opinion,” the source added.
“When you work with Tamron, it’s his way or the highway. Candi is now on this highway for a much better job, away from the pettiness that destroys the Tamron show.

The insider sang the praises of Candi and said she was partly responsible for the show’s success.

In August, ABC transferred the Tamron show from ABC’s entertainment division to oversight of ABC News. He now rubs shoulders with shows such as The View and Good Morning America.
An ABC News spokesperson declined to comment when approached by DailyMail.com.

The former MSNBC presenter and co-host of the third hour of the Today show left NBC in February 2017 after the network announced it was hiring former Fox News host Megyn Kelly to take over the third hour today.
NBC offered to renew Hall’s contract despite her loss of time on Today, but she chose to quit work altogether.
The married mother opened up on why she left NBC when she appeared at the 2019 Vulture Festival in Los Angeles.
