The photo is believed to have been taken at Queen’s Balmoral Estate. Members of the royal family often spend part of their summer vacation at the Scottish residence of the monarch.

On Thursday, Eugenie joined her mother at the China Tang restaurant to mark Fergie’s 62nd birthday.

Meanwhile, Fergie looked chic in a military-inspired blazer and a knee-length black dress. She added a fun touch to her outfit, teaming her stylish ensemble with a pair of moccasins adorned with cat faces.

The mother and daughter looked in a good mood as they walked home after dining at the restaurant, joining their arms as they walked down the street.

And it looked like they’d brought some treats home, Fergie carrying a small box in her hand, while Eugenie carried a bag emblazoned with the upscale restaurant’s logo.

Princess Beatrice, who recently welcomed her first daughter, Sienna with her husband Edo Mapelli Mozzi, understandably missed the opportunity.

Eugenie is believed to be still on maternity leave from her role at Hauser & Wirth Gallery where she is a director, but has taken care of her philanthropic interests.

Earlier this week, she published an article in Spear magazine, which she co-wrote with Clare Brook, CEO of the Blue Marine Foundation, calling for greater protection of the world’s oceans.

“There is only one ocean. The challenges it faces are unfortunately man-made and most can be solved if we act now. If we work together to protect it, the ocean will protect us – in perpetuity, â€she said.

However, it has undoubtedly been a tough week for the York family as Prince Andrew’s legal issues growl.

On Sunday, the Met announced that it take no further action regarding accuser Virginia Roberts’ allegation that she was trafficked in London when she was 17 and forced to have sex with Andrew, after her officers spoke out with her.

He will also take no further action on allegations that financier Epstein has treated and abused other young women in Britain.

And a source close to the Duke told MailOnline: “It is not surprising that the Met Police have confirmed that after examining the sexual assault allegations against the Duke for the third time, they are not taking any further action. .

“Despite media pressure and allegations of new evidence, the Met has concluded that the allegations are not sufficient to warrant further investigation. The Duke has always vigorously maintained his innocence and continues to do so.

However, he still faces a civil lawsuit in New York in which Miss Roberts – who lives in Australia and is known by her married name, Giuffre – also claims that she was forced to have sex with Andrew in the Epstein’s mansion in New York and on Little St James, his private island in the Caribbean.

She alleges that she was “trafficked” in London in March 2001, where she was photographed next to Andrew in Maxwell’s house.

Andrew insisted he had “no recollection” of meeting Miss Roberts and has repeatedly denied his account of the events.

He said in an interview with Newsnight in 2019 that he was at a Pizza Express restaurant in Woking, Surrey the day they allegedly went out dancing and had sex.

He has hired a team of well-known American lawyers to fight Miss Roberts’ civil action in New York, where a preliminary hearing is scheduled to be held next month.
