Radio presenter Jackie ‘O’ Henderson is the latest celebrity to see her old social media posts resurface online.

In a hilarious segment on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, Kyle Sandilands dug up Jackie’s Facebook posts ten years ago.

Instead of containing anything problematic, however, the majority of Jackie’s posts were harmless and slightly lame.

In one, she said she was glad Kyle was on sick leave so she didn’t have to go to work.

“Is it bad that I wish he was sick for a few more days?” ” she asked.

In another post, she urged her followers to participate in a “global communication shutdown” by quitting social media to raise autism awareness.

Mocking her, Kyle referred to Chrissy Teigen, who recently sparked a scandal when her ten-year-old offensive tweets resurfaced.

Meanwhile, Jackie recently joined WW (Weight Watchers) as an official ambassador.

The mother-of-one, 46, told Daily Mail Australia she used to eat high-calorie meals every day before becoming the latest brand ambassador.

Jackie, who is hoping to go from a size 14 to her usual size 10, would previously start her day with a hearty breakfast followed by take out for lunch and a steak for dinner.

“Before, it would be anything from scrambled eggs on toast to a toasted sandwich for breakfast,†she said.

“Then I’d probably have Mexican or Chinese for lunch, or sometimes a burger – whatever takeout. Sometimes I tried to be good and have Japanese, but it was always take out.

‘Overnight? Steak and fries. Then lots of seaweed snacks. I didn’t know they were bad; I think it’s salt! But you’re probably not supposed to eat 20 packs … ‘

Since the beginning of the WW plan to be healthier, Jackie says her food intake has changed dramatically.

“Now, what I would do, I would have soup and a few slices of toast in the morning. I know which soups are really good and healthy from the app, â€she said.

“For lunch, I like to eat Cruskits with cottage cheese, ham, tomato and cilantro. Maybe I’ll do six.

“For dinner, I’m just going to cook something – it changes every day. I really fill up on vegetables at night and protein.
