‘Ex-con man who hates women’ is filmed attacking three women walking down Philly Street

Disturbing doorbell camera footage captured the moment three female friends were brutally beaten in an unprovoked attack by a man, cops say, a woman-hating ex-con who then targeted three other victims at the over the next 24 hours.

The clip was shot in Philadelphia on Wednesday night and shows a man cops believe to be Malcolm White, 36, knocking a woman to the ground while walking past them, then attacking one of the victim’s first female friends as she rushed to help.

The first victim shouted “F**k you” at her attacker as she lay injured on the ground.

A third woman was seen grabbing a trash can and running down the road in an effort to protect herself from being attacked by a man who cops said neither she nor her friends had met before.

Cops say White fled the scene afterward.

Police are investigating whether White was the man filmed attacking three women on Wednesday night, punching all three in the face in a horrific assault

He is suspected of assaulting another woman 20 minutes later that evening, as well as carrying out two separate assaults on female victims the following day, one of which included a sexual assault.

There is no suggestion that any of the victims knew the attacking cops thought he was white, and all four attacks in Philadelphia were said to have been completely random.

The second attack which took place on Wednesday evening – which occurred 20 minutes after the three women were filmed being beaten – saw a woman in her 30s knocked unconscious as she sat on the porch of his house.

The first attack which took place on Thursday saw an office worker in her 20s followed in the hallway of the building where she works, before being beaten and sexually assaulted.

White reportedly started stalking her after she got off a bus and stole her phone.

Later Thursday, White is accused of hijacking a woman by snatching her from her car by her hair.

She called 911 and cops then arrested White in a nearby wooded area. They would have recovered the phone stolen from the woman attacked and assaulted in the hallway of her office during this arrest.

Philadelphia Chief Inspector Frank Vanore told reporters Thursday that the victims of Wednesday’s attack included a 29-year-old man and two 27-year-olds.

Law enforcement sources told Fox that White was released from prison in January and has previously assaulted female prison guards in New York.

White had been released from Clinton County Jail after serving a 12-year sentence for drug trafficking and assault.

In 2010, he was being held in jail without bond for allegedly trafficking heroin and crack cocaine between New York City and North Country, Pennsylvania, the Press Republican reported.

In prison, White was accused of attacking a prison guard, biting her as she carried him out of his cell. He was later charged with assaulting four other prison officers.

Despite the violent assaults, White was only given a 12-year sentence as part of a plea deal.

Philadelphia Chief Inspector Frank Vanore said police suspected White of attacking another woman after Wednesday's assault. They believe he then beat and sexually assaulted another woman a few hours later, then attacked another woman and stole her car.

Police eventually tracked White down to a wooded area near the carjacking incident. They said he had recently been released from prison after serving a 12-year sentence for drug trafficking and assaulting prison guards.

Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner.

Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner.

The spate of attacks on women has left the City of Brotherly Love on edge as it comes as crime continues to rise as District Attorney Larry Krasner faces calls to resign over his “soft on crime” policy.

As of June 12, the city had recorded 43 homicides, an increase of 30% from the previous week, and 324 serious assaults with a firearm, an increase of 13.3%.

Overall crime in Philadelphia is currently up more than 7% from the same time last year.

And after the city faced a mass shooting last week that left three dead and 11 injured, Pennsylvania House Republicans have launched the impeachment process for Krasner.

“Across the country, people are resisting the unchecked, unchecked violence and lawlessness that is authorized because of radical politicians in district attorneys’ offices, like Larry Krasner,” state Rep. Torren Ecker said at About the DA supported by George Soros.

“Last week, businesses in the city said they were considering relocating due to spikes in crime. Philadelphia is Pennsylvania’s main economic engine, a tourist attraction, and the birthplace of our freedoms.

“If unchecked crime prevents businesses and tourists from visiting and settling in Philadelphia, it impacts Pennsylvania as a whole.”

Krasner will now likely face a recall campaign, after progressive San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin was ousted from office amid furor over spiraling crimes affecting residents’ quality of life.

Woke LA DA George Gascon is also set to face his own recall election over similar issues in the crime-ridden City of Angels.
