Erik ten Hag is said to be furious with the way Manchester United have conducted their summer transfer business.
It was a disastrous start in charge of the Dutchman at the club, both on and off the pitch. They are bottom of the Premier League after losing their opening two games of the season, while Ten Hag struggles to bring in the players he wants.
The mirror reported that Ten Hag and his advisers are furious with how he has been let down in the transfer market, as well as the saga surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at the club, which has proven an unwelcome distraction.

United are now linked with Austrian Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic, despite being low on Ten Hag’s list of targets, according to The Mirror.
The 25-year-old has scored 24 goals and provided 10 assists in 55 games for the German side.
Ronaldo’s future at the club has been a distraction after he expressed his desire to leave earlier this summer.
The Portuguese superstar wanted to leave Old Trafford after failing to qualify for the Champions League, but is likely to stay due to a lack of viable clubs who can – or want to – sign him.
Ronaldo made his first start of the season on Saturday against Brentford after missing the majority of pre-season.
United have been linked with Stuttgart’s Sasa Kalajdzic – despite being low on Ten Hag’s target list
United produced a dismal display as they were comfortably beaten 4-0 by Brentford, leaving them bottom of the table for the first time since 1992.
Other players United have been linked to haven’t been warmed to fans.
A move for Marko Arnautovic from Bologna has ended the backlash from fans, while fans have also raised concerns over the signing of Adrien Rabiot from Juventus.
United are hoping to complete a £15m deal for Rabiot, but that move is blocked by wage negotiations.
United’s season could get worse before it gets better in the next game against Liverpool at Old Trafford on August 22.
